मोटार वाहन विधियक, २०१९ ( RTI New Rules)

मोटार वाहन विधेयक 2019' ला राष्ट्रपतींची मंजूरी ! RTO चे नवीन 19 नियम लागू, जाणून घ्या.          नवी दिल्ली : वृत्तसंस्था - राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी मोटार वाहन विधेयक २०१९ ला शुक्रवारी मंजुरी दिली. यामध्ये वाहन चालक परवाना व वाहनांचे नियम अधिक कठोर करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. ९ ऑगस्ट २०१९ रोजी राष्ट्रपतींनी या विधेयकाला मंजुरी दिली. नवीन नियमनानुसार ट्रॅफिकचे नियम तोडणाऱ्याला आता कठोर शिक्षा होणार आहे.पात्र नसलेला व्यक्ती जर वाहन चालवताना अपघातग्रस्त झाला तर त्याच्या पालकांना ३ वर्षांची शिक्षा होऊ शकते. त्याचप्रमाणे वाहन परवाना रद्द होऊ शकतो आणि आधी पेक्षा डबल दंड आता भरावा लागणार आहे. नवीन कायद्यानुसार आता हे नियम होणार लागू १) कलम १७८ नुसार आता बिना तिकीट प्रवास करणाऱ्याला ५०० रुपये दंड भरावा लागणार २) कलम १७९ नुसार एखाद्या अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितलेले नियम पाळले नाहीत तर २ हजार दंड भरावा लागणार ३) कलम १८१ नुसार बिना लायसन्स वाहन चालवल्यास भरावा लागणार ५ हजार दंड ४) कलम १८२ नुसार वाहन चालवण्यास पात्र नसूनही चालवल्यास १० हजार दंड भरावा लागणार ५) कलम १८३ नुसार ओव्
