Difference between 'decree' and 'Judgement'.

What is difference between decree and Judgement?

Judgment is defined in section 2(9) of the C.P.C. which says judgment is the statement given by the Judge on the grounds of a decree or order. ...
Decree is the conclusion reached by the judge after hearing both parties on merits and expressing the same in writing. Basically decree is the subset in the set of judgment.🎓
