When All Crimes Are Commercial

There is a principle of law that 'no victim no crime'. Without victim or injured party there can't be a crime. There can not be a sanction or penalty imposed upon anyone without violation of the law. But what the state is benefitting by incarcating it's own people? In English there is a great saying 'make crime pays'. But sometimes injustice legal system and when all crimes are commercialized, the system hurts the society.

Look the below statistics:

1. 1 in 32 Americans is either in prison or parole or probation.

2. Over 40% people admitted into prison in America are convinced under the "Political Code".

3. America's incarnation rate is now 743 per 100k, the highest in the world.

4. America locks up more people for "Drug Crimes" than all of Europe locks up for all crimes combined.

5. If you go to "trial" in Federal Court, there is a 96% chance of being "convicted".

6. 50% marriages in America end in divorce. Divorce is a $ 50 billion dollars industry which is bigger than the Hollywood.

Does caste change after marriage?

* A woman’s caste does not change after marriage. Caste is determined by birth. By default , the father’s caste is the child's caste. Marriage does not alter the caste of someone. So, OBC lady cannot become a SC just because she married a SC male. However, the children of them will belong to SC as the father is a SC. However, there are certain exception in case child of such wedlock ( father UR but mother Reserved) who is raised in reserved community and separated or absence of father presence, he may be treated reserved as per mother caste. There are many exceptions : 1. When orphan child is adopted by mother of reserve caste. 2.
